Where will the conference be held?
The conference will be hosted at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma, just minutes from Oklahoma City. Sessions will be held in the Royce Brown Building.
Who should attend?
The conference is designed for business faculty, administrators, accreditation professionals, higher education leaders, and others interested in advancing business education. Whether this is your first Region 6 Conference or your tenth, there's a seat for you.
Is there a conference hotel?
Yes. A special conference rate of $125 per night is available at The Lively Hotel. Visit the Hotel & Travel page for reservation information.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations received on or before August 21, 2026, are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received between August 22, 2026 and September 1, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2026. However, registrations may be transferred to another attendee from the same institution at no additional charge.
Will there be an Evaluator Training or the Student Pitch Competition?
No, unfortunately, we were not able to schedule these trainings.
Which airport should I fly into?
Attendees traveling by air should plan to fly into Will Rogers International Airport (OKC). Additional travel information is available on our Hotel & Travel page.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, as this time is set aside just for you. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
What should I wear?
Business casual is perfect. We're here to learn and connect, not conduct a dress-code accreditation review.
Will meals be provided?
Conference registration includes designated conference meals and refreshments. Specific meal information is included in the conference agenda.
